Open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles 25.i.1 and 66 to 68 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The consultation will result in a framework agreement with purchase orders, pursuant to Articles 78-ii-2 and 80 of theDecree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. Operating market: financing: own resources, payment method: by administrative mandate, overall payment period: 30 days.
