Public procurement for the supply of trousers with reinforcements for men and women

The purpose of the contract is to provide trousers with reinforcements for the agency which will carry out activities of loaders and sweepers on roads. It has 2 lots that can be attributed separately:

The market has-The purpose is to provide trousers with reinforcements for Agency staff who will carry out activities as loaders and street sweepers. It has 2 lots that can be attributed separately:

- Lot 1: pants with reinforcements for men.

The market will have a duration of 3 years from 1.2.2019.

The market will be renewed once for a period of 1 year, unless denounced by onee the parties notified by registered letter mailed at least 6 months before the end of the period of 3 years.

The agency will place orders as and when it is needed, without being required to order the completeness quantities mentioned for information purposes in the present special specifications.

The notification to the tenderer of the approval of his tender does not imply the age ofordering it for a minimum overall amount and the supplier does not acquire the right to supply these quantities by the fact of the conclusion of the contract.

Only the notification of a purchase order date and sign conferred to the successful tenderer the right and obligation to supply the goods specified therein at the place fixed therein.
