Supply of containers for site activities at the Garigliano Nuclear Power Plant

The supply refers to the acquisition of metal containers to be used, at the Garigliano Nuclear Power Plant, for storage and management of construction site materials and radioactive waste of low activity.

1) SOGIN S.p.A. has adopted an organizational, management and control model suitable for preventing offenses, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (available at www.sog)in.it);

2) SOGIN has adopted a policy for quality, environment and safety (available at www.sogin.it) that suppliers must take into account in carrying out their activities and are equipped with an integrated management system that meets the requirements of the international standards UNI EN ISO 9000, UNI EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 and the EMAS regulation (EC) 1221/2009 (ovand applicable);

3) all disputes arising from the procedure of assignment are deferred to the competence of the Regional Administrative Court (TAR) competent, arbitration is excluded,

4) all disputes arising from the contract are deferred to the competence of the authority court of Rome, excluding arbitration jurisdiction;

5) processing of data-personal data: the data collected will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 30.6.2003, n. 196 and ss.mm.ii. exclusively in the context of the present competition regulated by the tender regulations;

6) the person responsible for the procedure for the awarding phase and Marco Castagnari.
