The object of this framework agreement is the operational implementation and the exploitation of a public transport service completing the school transport network organized by the Normandy Region throughout the territory of Eure, LeThe service provides links between and between municipalities in the same geographical area for specialized educational establishments and especially colleges, in particular those offering SEGPA classes located in Eure or in neighboring departments mainly in the Seine. -Maritime. Market form: has purchase orders with no minimum or maximum.Award of a framework agreement for each lot. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 2 years, from 2.9.2019 to 1.9.2021.

Statement of overall turnover and turnover concerning the services covered by the contract, carried out during the past 3 financial yearsThe application is presented either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the website www.economie.gouv.fr) or in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). Electronic transmission of envelopes is required for this consultation. Therefore, paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission of documents byelectronic way is performed on the buyer profile. The choice of mode of transmission is global and irreversible. Applicants must apply the same method of transmission to all documents sent to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be the subject of a certain date of reception and an acknowledgment of electronic reception. After allocation, the retained electronic offer will be converted into a paper offer to give the handwritten signatureof the framework agreement by the parties.
