Exempted student services for the school years 2019/2020 to 2023/2024 in Boerde county

Promotion of schoolchildren with physical and / or mental and emotional disabilities from the territory of the district Boerde to innerhalb and schools outside the district. In order to determine the suitability, the following documents must be submitted (proof of suitability) and, if necessary, supplemented by order-specific individual certificates:

Self-declaration FBL 124_LD VHB Bund or the tenderer fulfills the above-mentioned requirements. Proof of suitability by die Registration in a list or by submission of a certificate from a pre-qualification body recognized by the Ministry of Economics and Labor of the Land of Saxony-Anhalt, such as the ULV of the Job Advice Service Saxony-Anhalt or IHK PQ VOL. Instead of the entry in a ULV list, the proof of suitability can also be obtained by submitting a certificate from the recognized prequalification bodymanufactured certificate, z. PQ-VOL. The certificate must specify the eligibility criteria of the procurement regulations which have been checked during pre-qualification.

Furthermore, the client accepts a single European self-declaration in accordance with - 50 VgV (supplemented by order-specific individual certificates if necessary.

If such certificate is not issued, or not fully issued, by the country of origin of a foreign bidder, it may be replaced by a declaration made by the foreign bidder in lieu of an affidavit or declaration.
