Transport by small vehicles of pupils and students with disabilities

Transport by small vehicles of pupils and students with disabilities. Market form: has purchase orders with no minimum or maximum. Award of a framework agreement for each lot. Framework Agreement concluded for an initial period of 2 years from 2.9.2019. Estimated amountbenefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 24 418 800.

Serving Nantes-Metropole school establishments located inside the periphery, in ordinary vehicles or PMR, for pupils and students of any grade level .

The application can be presented in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (available free on the website www.economie.gouv.fr.) or in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME) . The contracting authority imposes the transmission of plies electronically. Therefore, paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission-documents electronically is performed on the buyer profile. However, the transmission of documents on an electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, USB key ...) is not allowed. The choice of transmission mode is global and irreversible. Applicants must apply the same method of transmission to all documents sent to the contracting authority.

Each transmission-will be the subject of a certain date of reception and an acknowledgment of electronic reception. As such, the reference time zone is (GMT 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid. The bend will be considered if the download ends after the expected date and time. If a new mail is sent electronically by the same candidate, the same candidate cancels and replaces the foldrevious. The envelope can be duplicated with a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on electronic physical support or on paper. This copy is sent under seal and must include the mention, as well as the name of the candidate and the identification of the procedure concerned.

No electronic format is recommended for the transmission of documents. However, files will need to be transmitted in widely available formats. The electronic formats in which the documents may be transmitted are as follows: each piece for which a signature is required must be the subject of an individual electronic signature conforming to the Xades, Cades or Pades format. The only electronic signature of the fold does not carry value of commitmentthe candidate. The security level required for the electronic signature certificate is the level (**) of the RGS.
