Treatment of green waste

The purpose of this contract is to valorize green waste from the 22 ecoparcs in the HYGEA zone and the site of Havre.
Main Site: Intercommunal HYGEA, Rue du Champ de Ghislage 1 7021 Havre.

The candidate produces the unique European market documenteen, which consists of an actual declaration of honor, which is accepted by the contracting authority as a priori evidence in lieu of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the candidate is:
1 is not in one of the situations of exclusion referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016;

Within 20 days of the final date for the receipt of tenders, the Contractor will check the situation of the tenderers in terms of social and tax debts, based on the certificates available free of charge via accessible electronic applications.the tenderer will verify, in the case of the tenderer 1 class only, the absence of compulsory or optional grounds for exclusion:
- by consulting the national databases freely accessible,
- by asking him to provide the necessary documents not accessible via these databases (certificates issued by the competent authority of thecountry concerned) and in particular an extract from the criminal record of the company and / or members of the administrative, supervisory management body and / or persons having a power of representation, decision or control. will also check if the Tier 1 bidder has the required minimum financial capabilities. Remarks:
- where the country concerned does not issue such documents or certificates or where these do not mention all the cases referred to in Articles 67 and 68 of the Law. and in section 69 (1) (2) of the Act, they may be replaced by a sworn declaration or, in countries where such an oath is not provided for, by a solemn declarationmade by the person before the competent judicial or administrative authority, a notary or a professional body qualified as the country of origin or the country in which the economic operator is established.
