Water distribution and related services.

Public Irrigation Service Operation

This contract is for the operation of irrigation works which relates to operation, monitoring and maintenance. Irrigation water distribution works. The operating perimeter is based on a framework (pumping station and mains) afrom the department of Pyrenees orientales. It consists of a distribution network whose line is 86.4 km (pipe diameters from 100 to 350) and different equipment: 277 terminals; 105 suction cups; 28 anti-beliers; 93 valves. In 2017, the volumes consumed are approximately 4, 000, 000 m and the number of contracts is 300.

Main Site: 7, 500-hectare union perimeter, -around the reservoir of Villeneuve de la Raho.

The holder of the market will be responsible for the operation of irrigation works which relates to the following services:

- monitoring of the network (verification of the proper functioning of the valves, devices metering and taping, valve maneuvering, updating of plans and associated databases),

- the survey of allsubscriber counters,

- the availability of a call for intervention,

- the establishment of new connections to the network,

- the management of the customers, the establishment of the invoices of the subscribers,

- the installation and deposit of connections of defective subscribers.
