Method of determining the fee: offer at unit prices.

The contracting authority, pursuant toart. 106, paragraph 11 of the code, reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract for the time strictly necessary to conclude the procedures for identifying a new contractor.

Payment method: as better regulated in the contract scheme.

The congress of the offers will be evaluated pursuant to art. 97 of the code.

Registration in the register kept by Ctrade, industry, crafts and agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure. The competitor not established in ITALY but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of the code, presents an affidavit or according to the procedures in force in the State in qthis is established.

Absence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of the code. Possession of the requirements, pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 1 of the code, as specified in the tender specification. Admission is accepted as governed by art. 89 of the code. Competitors established in other European Union member states must meet the above requirements, presenting the documentationand complies with the regulations in force in the respective countries, together with documents translated into Italian by an official translator, which certifies their conformity with the original text in the mother tongue.
