This framework agreement concerns the acquisition and management of subscriptions, newspapers, periodicals, journals of French or foreign origin on any medium (paper, multiforme, electronics, CD-ROM) for the needs of the services of the departmental council of Cher and related entities.

This framework agreement concerns the acquisition and management of subscriptions, newspapers, periodicals, journals of French or foreign origin in any medium (paper, multiform, electronic, CD-ROM) for the needs of the services of the Departmental Council of the Dear and related entities.

This single-award framework agreement is awarded according to an open call for tender in application, in particular, of Articles 25, 66, 67, 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts.

The annual amount of the benefits of the framework agreement is between a minimum of 30 000 EUR and a maximum of 90 000 EUR HT.
