PřF / UPOL - Modernization of the Physics Laboratory 4th NP active elements

The subject of public procurement is the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of active network elements for the Modernization of the Physics Laboratory UP in Olomouc Envelopa, according to the List and the Technical Specification, which is stated in Attachment No. 5 The supporting documentation, including the dodaninstallation, training of service personnel and ensuring the guarantee of service, support and connection of all components into one integrated, fully functional whole and connection to the existing site of the Advertiser, updating of the firmware on the latest available version

Subject matterand public procurement is: a) the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of active network elements for the Modernization of the Physics Laboratory in the 4th floor of the building of the PřF UP building in Olomouc Envelopa according to the List and the Technical Specification, which is stated in annex 5 of the Inventory Documentation, including delivery to the place of delivery, installation, training of the operator and guaranteeing the service, support and connection of all components to the(b) Other optical and metallic interconnection or power cables, SFP () modules, Mounting kits for installing the supplied elements inside the existing data racks, and other installation material, installation and configuration of all supplied network elements, ie fully, funksmooth and impeccable implementation of all related installation work, including the supply of necessary materials and equipment necessary for the completion of the course and to ensure its operability. The offered technical solutions must be fully compatible with the existing computer network at the Palacke University in Olomouc, the current solution is stated in Annex 5 of the Documentation Documentation; (c) the cleaning and removal of allh of packaging and other materials used for its own installation in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 185/2001 Coll., on Wastes and on Amendments to Some Other Laws, as amended by the later regulations.

The Contractor shall prove compliance with the conditions of basic competence laid down in Section 74 1 pism. (a) - (e) the law in the form of Article 75 (1) a) f) Zakona.

The contractor proves that he has fulfilled his professional capacitypursuant to Section 77 of the Act in relation to the Czech Republic, by submitting: - pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act - the extract from the Commercial Register, if registered therein, or the extract from another, similarly to the Register, if another legal regulation requires such registration.
