The contracting authority is acquiring CISCO extension equipment and modules The upgrade is required to integrate the communication services required by the Indra ATM system into the network STCR, upgrade LAN infrastructure, VPN and Internet CDZ Bucharest and subunits.

The contracting authority acquires CISCO extension equipment and modules. Acquisition is required to integrate the communication services required by the ATM Indra system into the STCR network, LAN infrastructure, VPN and Internet CDZ infrastructure update and subunits.

1) Bidders, third parties and subcontractors should not be foundin the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the economic operators participating in the awarding procedure will be filled in by the economic operators, with the information related to their situation

At the request of the contracting authority, the candidate / tenderer ranked 1st in the interim rankingwill prepare the following supporting documents, which prove the fulfillment of the assumed ones by completing the DUAE:

- the certificate of absence of overdue debts, regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget at the moment of presentation, - the criminal record of the economic operator and its membersthe management, supervision or supervision of the economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / Act of incorporation, - documents by which demonstrates that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167par. (2), art. 171 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016, - other editorial documents, as the case may be.

For non-resident tenderers, according to the provisions of art. 168 par. (3) of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement, if in the country of origin or in the country in which the tenderer / candidate is established, no documents of the kind provided in paragraph (1) or abovesail documents do not cover all the situations provided in art. 164, 165 and 167, the contracting authority has the obligation to accept a declaration on its own responsibility or, if in that country there are no legal provisions relating to the declaration on its own responsibility, an authentic declaration given to a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association chas the competence to do so; 2) Bidders, third parties and subcontractors must comply with the Rules for avoiding conflicts of interest provided in art. 58, 60, 61, 62, 63 of Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement.

In order to verify the information contained in DUAE, according to art. 196 of the Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authorityhas the right to request and the tenderer has the obligation to submit supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE, such as: - - for the Romanian economic operator: certificate issued by the Trade Register Office of the competent territorial court. The following statement / extract must show:

(a)the subject of the tenderer's activity; the subject of the contract must have a correspondent in the CAEN of the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC, (b) the status of the bidder, (c) the persons representing the bidder in relation to third parties.
