The entire procedure is carried out in electronic mode pursuant to D.Lgs. 50/2016 on the RAI Purchasing Portal https://www.portaleacquisti.rai.it (below). The official tender documentation is available on the Portal, in the area dedicated to this procedure. Information and clarifications can be requested no later than 09.19.2019 at 23.59, using the Messages section of the online RFQ. The answers to the clarifications will be published on the Portal. I`madmitted to participate in this tender procedure, in compliance with the conditions set out in the tender documentation, all economic operators pursuant to art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for which there are no:

(i) the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

(ii) the conditions pursuant to art. 53, paragraph 16-ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001;

(iii) further bans on ccontract with the PA, all as specified in the tender documents. Recourse to subcontracting is allowed under the conditions and within the limits established by art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. The contract consists of a single stand the necessary homogeneity and interconnection of the equipment to be acquired pertaining to a single infrastructure and in order to guarantee the achievement of the contracting stationof high economies of scale generated by the aggregation of demand.
