The main purpose of the Framework Agreement is the supply and the subsequent maintenance of computer network equipment, for the benefit of RTBF

The main purpose of the framework agreement is the supply ofand the subsequent maintenance of computer network equipment, for the benefit of RTBF.

Although un-bundled, this framework agreement is nevertheless subdivided into 3 distinct parts:

PAN 1 Supplies: periodic supply, with fixed rebate, d CISCO System switching / routing equipment for the servicing, extension or replacement of existing infrastructure at RTBF.

This first PAN is subdivided into 6 families of posts, each family corresponding to a category of hardware:

- Family of posts 1 switches LAN Access switches,

- Family of posts 2 switches switches for data centers,

- Family of posts 3 wireless local networks wireless access points, controllers, antennas, software, etc.,

- Postage-4 administration network management of IP communications,

- Family of posts 5 telephony UC (Unified Communication),

- Family of posts 6 security access control, network security, secure mobility, security management.

The precise technical description of these different families of posts is included in Title II of the present special specifications.

For the NAP 1 of the accorthe tenderer proceeds to the establishment of a catalog on the basis of which the contracting authority may place orders to the successful tenderer as and when required. The contracting authority may, during the period of the framework agreement, decide freely to place subsequent orders for supplies subject to the framework agreement.

Product catalogs, classby family of posts, must meet the technical requirements imposed. In addition, these catalogs must be as complete, diversified and relevant as possible in order to allow the contracting authority to select the products that meet its needs at the time of the subsequent orders throughout the duration of the framework agreement.

For each family of posts, the subjectIn particular, he will mention the discount percentage he grants on the official CISCO EMEA price list (in US dollars), as well as his markup rate cf. infra, title I.

PAN 2 MAINTENANCE: Periodic maintenance services, for all or part of the network infrastructure of the RTBF; In addition to the newly acquired equipment, this also concerns the resumption of maintenance on-existing fleet.

This second PAN is subdivided into 3 types of maintenance, each corresponding to an SLA level.

- Type 1 Cisco SMARTnet Maintenance Support or Shared Support 8x5Xnbd,

- Type 2 Cisco SMARTnet Maintenance Support or Shared Support 8x5x4 hour,

- Type 3 Cisco SMARTnet Maintenance Support or Shared Support 24x7x4 hour.

For each type of maintenance mentioned above, -a distinction will be made according to the 6 families of posts mentioned in the above-mentioned NAP.1

PAN 3 Services : services relating to the installation, configuration and support of hardware and software.

This third NAP will be subdivided into5 distinct profiles, corresponding to different types or categories of skills:

- Profile 1,

- Profile 4,

- Profile 5.

The precise technical description of these different profiles is found taken from Title II of the present special specifications.

These 3 sections are not independent; In order for the bid to be responsive, the bidder must respond to the 3s.
