List and brief description of conditions: Applicants may choose to respond with:

1) the DUME device and benefit from the features offered by the DUME service. The candidate will fill in the online form on the buyer profile mentioned in point I.3) of theesent opinion. The conditions of access are specified in the regulation of the consultation;

2) or the device using:

2.1) the contained in the file of consultation (or equivalent) which contains: the conditions of the candidature; the certificates provided for in Article 48 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets;

2.2) in the consultation file (or equivaslow) which contains the elements indicated in points III.1.2 and III.1.3 below. The elements of capacity may be completed under the conditions laid down at the end of 29.3.2016 setting out the list of information and documents that may be requested from applicants for public contracts. These forms mentioned in points 2.1) and 2.2) are downloadable under the conditions set out inI.3) of this notice;

3) If applicable, the power (s) of the person (s) authorized to commit the candidate. In the case of grouping, all the elements requested in points 1), 2.2) and, where appropriate, 3) above must be sent for each member of the group.

This Framework Agreement is understood as a framework agreement executing a purchase order in accordance with Article 78.I.al.3 and 78.II.3 of Decree No. 2016-360.
