The proposed Category Wiring solution 6 implements a data / voice, hard and soft reconfigurable voice / data transmission network that allows up to 250 MHz uplink data rate and a downlink transfer rate of up to 1, 000 Mbps. Supply: "Network equipment, structured LAN cabling (implementation of a network of weak currents for IT and telecommunication equipment) with cabling system implementation" - through structured cabling category 6 and the replacement of active equipment that will serve this wiring. The proposed Category 6 cabling solutionimplements an open, hard and soft reconfigurable data / voice data transmission network that allows up to 250 MHz uplink data rate and a downlink transfer rate of up to 1, 000 Mbps. The data network consists of workstations, servers, printers, network equipment (repeaters, hubs, bridges, switches, routers) interconnected by copper cables, fiber optics or where-radio, in compliance with the minimum technical requirements in the Tender Specifications. The economic operator will also provide transportation services, installation / implementation of the wiring system at the beneficiary's premises, training, warranty service.

The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests / additional information on the 10th day before the deadline-the number of days to which clarifications may be requested, before the deadline for submission of tenders: 15.

Participating economic operators (sole bidder, leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) must not be found in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Means of performance: Please fill in the appropriate requirementin the DUAE by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with information related to their situation. Fitting in one of the situations provided in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law 98/2016 lead to the exclusion of the bidder in the present proceedings.

DUAE must also be submitted by each Associate / third party / subcontractor - if applicable.which will prove the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE, shall be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked on the 1st place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders, according to art. 196 par. (2) of Law 98 / 2016.

These documents are:

1) Fiscal attestation regarding the lack of overdue debts, regarding(2) The criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the respective body economic operator or those who have power of representation, decision-making or control, as can be seen from what(3) Documents, as the case may be, proving that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. The above documents are submitted by the tenderers, the members of the association made in order to submit the joint offerthe supporting party and the proposed subcontractors, when applicable.

The following documents will be filed with the DUAE: the firm's firm commitment of the third party, which will show how the support will materialize, the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement, as the case may be. Failure to do so with the DUAE is the basis for requesting clarifications onto the possible inadvertent form of the information contained in the DUAE sections, both of the bidder and of the subcontractor / third party supporter, this being necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the award procedure.

DUAE will be submitted individually by the third party / third party / supporters, associates, and subcontractors, in the case-in which the tenderer / candidate intends to subcontract part (s) of the contract.

The contracting authority requires the tenderer to specify in the tender:

(a) the part (s) of the contract it intends to subcontract,

(b) identification of the proposed subcontractors, if the latter are known at the time of submission of the offer.

In the case of economic operatorsforeign nationals and foreigners shall be provided with equivalent documents issued in accordance with the applicable law of the country of residence.
