Main Site: The place of delivery of the subject of the contract shall be taken out by the places of the contracting authorities. of their genuine entities, including transport and distribution, taking responsibility for imbalance, in a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of operationsdistribution system operator, in compliance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operating rules of the distribution network operator. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Their fulfillment proves according to - 32 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Act by submitting original documents or officially certified copies thereof:(a) he, his or her statutory body, a member of the statutory body, or a member of the supervisory body, or the prosecutor have been convicted of an offense of corruption, an offense of deterioration, financial interests of the European Communities, offense of money laundering, offensemarrying, abetting and supporting a criminal group, the offense of establishing, abetting or supporting a terrorist group, the offense of terrorism and some forms of participation in terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, an offense related to business or a criminal offense of public procurement and (b) it has no arrears of health insurance premiumsinsurance, social insurance and contributions to old-age retirement savings in the Slovak Republic or in the state of residence, place of business or usual residence; property is declared bankrupt, is not in restructuring, is not in liquidation, insolvency proceedings for lack of assets or canceled bankruptcy due to lack of assets, (e) is entitled to deliver goods, carry out construction works or provide services; or habitual residence. If paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act does not specify iwhere the tenderer or candidate demonstrates compliance with the conditions for participation under paragraph 1:. (a) substantiated by an extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months, . (b) documented confirmation by a health insurance company and a Social Insurance Agency not older than 3 months, . (f) by documented solemn declaration. The applicant may demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in personal status referred to in paragraph 1. pism. (a) to (f) by entering in the list of economic operators. Applicant registered in the Hos List152 of the Act is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement to prove fulfillment of the conditions for participation in relation to personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 2 zakona. A group of suppliers shall demonstrate compliance with the participation conditions pursuant to - 32 of the Act for each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (e) the law is proven by a member of the groups4. The fulfillment of the condition of participation may be provisionally replaced in accordance with - 39 of the Act - a single European document (hereinafter referred to as "JED"). For the purpose of the Act, JED is a document by which the economic operator can provisionally replace the documents to fulfill the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authority. Documents demonstrating fulfillment of conditions of participationadene JED submits to the contracting authority the tenderer according to - 39 par. 6 zakona. Details of these basic requirements are given in the entry documents. The contracting authority provides unlimited, complete and direct access by electronic means to the competition documents. For this reason, the contracting authority does not send the tender documents. 2. Communication between the contracting authority and the candidate / tenderer will be made in writing in electronic form via the Josephine VO system (hereinafter "Josephine"). The candidate / tenderer is obliged to submit to the contracting authority its submissions in electronic form through the Josephine system. INAll explanations of the SP, as well as the positive handling of the request for redress, will be published by the contracting authority in the Josephine system. The contracting authority will also deliver applications and any questions to candidates / tenderers via the Josephine system as well.
