Open procedure with electronic auction pursuant to art. 56 Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the supply of natural gas for transport

Contract for the supply of natural gas for motor vehicles for the period 1.5.2019 31.10.2020, at the refueling point located in the MOM S.p.A. of Via Polveriera 1 in Treviso. The place of delivery of the supply is identified as correspondingdence of the delivery point of the distributor / hauler located on the pipeline that feeds CNG compression plants at the Treviso site, Via Polveriera 1 - Cod. The open procedure with electronic auction, to be carried out pursuant to artArticle 56 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, and aimed at the supply of natural gas for motor vehicles for the period 1.5.2019 31.10.2020, at the refueling point located in the MOM S.p.A. of Via Polveriera 1 in Treviso. The place of delivery of the supply is identified at the point of delivery of the distributor / transporter located on the pipeline that supplies themethane pressure for motor vehicles at the Treviso site, Via Polveriera 1 - Cod. Id. Pdr n. 15650000899018 REMI 34568400.

The contract is made up of a single lot as a non-subdividable supply. All the supplies to be delivered must be carried out according to the procedures, terms and conditions established, as well as in the Notice of Competition and in this Disciplinary, Specifications of fornamentation and further annexes to the tender.

The total estimated amount of the supply for the duration of the contract (18 months), gross of all passing costs (transport, distribution, excise, ...) and excluding VAT, and EUR 860 000.00. The total value of the supply based on the auction for the raw material component and Fixed Term, subject to discount (net of the other Costs Passother than the TF, the Charges and the Excise) and amount to EUR 585 000.00. The aforementioned amounts are determined on the basis of an estimated consumption of supply equal to smc 2, 067, 278. The set of withdrawals, as well as the PDR, may undergo variations in excess or default depending on the level of activities carried out by MOM SpA, according to the terms and conditions indicated in the Specifications.

I prezzi that will result from the award of the procedure will remain fixed and unchanged for the whole duration of the service. It is specified that, if before the expiration of the term of the contract it is necessary an increase or a decrease of the performances up to the fifth of the contract amount, Mobilita di Marca SpA it can impose the execution to the contractorconditions foreseen in the original contract, pursuant to art. 106, c. 12 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
