The subject of procurement is the supply of the estimated quantity of natural gas to the contracting authority's premises, including transport and distribution in quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, for observance of the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, namely Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on the amendment of some laws, as amended, the technical conditions and the order of the distributor of the distribution network. The contracting authority requires gas supplies including transportation, distribution and gas-related services, including assuming responsibility for the imbalance. Tolerance of total subscription volume: 30%. Estimated amount-from the collection points of the customer for 47 months 28, 800.00 MWh determined on the basis of the previous consumption at the procurement points of the contracting authority

Main Site: NsP Sv. Jakub Bardejov, n.o., will take the places according to appendix no. The subject of procurement is the delivery of an estimated quantity of natural gas to the contracting authority's premises, including transport and distribution in the quality of the corresponding-technical conditions of the distributor of the distribution network, observing the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, namely Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on the amendment of some laws, as amended, the technical conditions and the order of the distributor of the distribution network. The contracting authority requires gas supplies including transportation, distribution and associated serviceswith the supply of gas in the assumption of responsibility for deviation. Tolerance of total subscription volume: 30%. It is assumed that the collection volume of the customer's collection points at 47 months will be 28, 800.00 MWh, determined on the basis of the previous consumption at the procurement points of the contracting authority. The Applicant must meet the conditions of the part mentioned in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32ods. (2) of the Public Procurement Act by submitting original documents or certified true copies thereof: (a) neither he, nor its statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the Supervisory Body or a Prosecutor, are convicted of a criminal offense of a criminal offense, a criminal act of damaging the financial interests of the European criminal offenses, the crime of legalization of crime, crimeformation, formation and promotion of a criminal group, criminal act of establishment, formation or support of a terrorist group, criminal offense of terrorism and certain forms of terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense related to doing business or a criminal act in the field of public procurement and the public auction, b) has no health insurance arrears(c) has no tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a place of business, place of business or usual residence, and (d) has not been subject to any of the following: his property is declared bankrupt, is not in restructuring, is not in liquidation, nor was he against it(e) is entitled to deliver goods, to perform construction works or to provide a service; (f) not to be banned in part in a public procurement by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a reinsurance undertaking, a place of business business, or habitual residence, (g) has not been established within the preceding three years fromlateness or demonstrable commencement of a serious breach of the obligation to protect the environment, social law or labor law under special regulations for which a sanction has been legally sanctioned, provided that the contracting authority and the contractor prove it has not, in the three preceding years, pronouncement or demonstrable start inof a serious breach of professional obligations, which can prove to the contracting authority and contractor. The Applicant proves the fulfillment of the conditions under Section 1

A) of the Act. a) Evidence from the criminal record not older than 3 months; b) proof of health insurance company and social insurance company not more than 3 months; c) documented proof of meshall not be more than three months' imputed tax office. d) Proof of proof of the relevant barrel not more than 3 months; (e) proof of entitlement to deliver the goods, to carry out construction work or to provide services corresponding to the subject of the contract; f) Proof of Honorable Declaration

From the deduction of the limitation of the number of characters, the wording of the term of part of the contracton the basis of Part A.2 Conditions of Part-time - 33 par. 1 letter. a) the law: The claimant shall submit a statement of the bank or branch of a foreign bank to whom the client is applying for, which must include a confirmation of his / her ability to execute financial charges and has not been determined for an indefinite period of time, in the case of repayment of the loan, blockage of learning in connection with exfor the last 36 months from the announcement of the public procurement, (or for the years available from the date of commencement or commencement of the activity). (B) an affidavit signed by a person entitled to act on behalf of the person in whose interest the client declares that he / she does not have the holdings in a bank other than the bankwhich has submitted the aforementioned confirmation.

Dissolution of the adequacy of the terms of the term - 33 par. 1 letter a) according to - 38 par. 5:

The requirement to submit a statement by a bank or a branch of a foreign bank on the ability of an applicant to meet its financial obligations is proportionate and its need for inclusion pursues the objective of finding an able supplier who fulfills all his obligations in a timely and proper manner.to prove the economic and financial standing to use the financial resources of another person in the sense of - 33 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Act.

A group of contractors demonstrates the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in public procurement related to the economic and financial standing together. In the event that an applicant fails to provide objective evidence to prove the economic and financial status of the documentdesignated by the contracting authority so proceeds in accordance with - 33 par. 4 Public Procurement Act

1. Public procurement is realized as an electronic public procurement through the portal www.evo.gov.sk (hereinafter EVO portal or EVO system). The condition for successful communication in the EVO system and for the successful submission of tenders is that the applicant complies with the conditions for the software and hardver calculationtechnicians from which to submit the substrates so that the applicant has the appropriate technical and professional qualifications, technical equipment and EVO system management. The technical equipment and requirements for using the EVO system are defined and published on the EVO portal (http://www.uvo.gov.sk). The Procurement Officer recommends the applicant to study the EVO system handbooks available on https: //www.uvo.gov.sk/viac-o-is-evo/prirucky-5f7.html. The Public Procurer notifies the occupants that he does not provide the tender documents in paper form on the basis of a written or email request from the interested person. I will be very interested in the EVO system.

2. The legal deadlines for electronic communication are from the date of the delivery / delivery of the report. Under the concept of delivering the mind when it wasthe right is delivered to the applicant in the EVO system and not when the entrant has read it.

3. The contracting authority requires a security deposit of EUR 20, 000. 4. The applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions specified by the contracting authority in the Single European Document within the meaning of - 39. JED-can be found at http://www.uvo.gov.sk/legislativametodika-dohlad/jednotny-europsky-dokument-pre-verejne-obstaravanie-553.html. 5.The facts that may be involved in the process of awarding a bid, not governed by these procurement notices and the tender documents, shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Zakon no. 343/2015 Z.z. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain directives6. Under Section 55 1 of the FVO, the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the partial submission after the evaluation of the tenderer to the tenderers who ranked first in the meeting.

7.The facts, which may occur in the process of awarding a bid, not covered by these announcement of the award of the public procurement and the tender documents governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 343/2015 Z.z. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws

8. In particular, public procurement is not green public procurement, innovation or social focusing. The public contracting authority carries out the award of the contract pursuant to Section 66 par. 7 ZVO (so-called reversal)
