Description of the Object Item: natural gas supply to the contracting authority's place of delivery, including transport and distribution, assuming responsibility for the deviation, in the quality corresponding to the technical conditionin compliance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, the technical conditions and the timetable of the distribution network operator in an estimated 10 000 MWh per annum, in a maximum daily quantity of 11 000 m, and the percentage of the gas sampling rates mentioned below for the individual calendar months from the procured of the contractual amount:

2. The subject of the contract is the supply of natural gas to the contracting authority's place of supply, including transport and distribution, assuming responsibility for deviation, in the quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, in compliance with the valid rulesof the regulations of the Slovak Republic, the technical conditions and the order of the distribution network operator in the yearly estimated volume of 1 391, 31 MWh, in the case of small-scale work. The Applicant must meet the conditions for the participation in the personal situation pursuant to the provisions of Section 32, par. 1 letter. a. to h), Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws in the wording of the later regulations (laws). Uthe applicant proves the fulfillment of the conditions of the personal status in accordance with the provisions of - 32 par. 2 sheets. a. to f). the law or the data and documents entered in the list of economic entities pursuant to Article 152 of the Act.

Communication and exchange of information in public procurement shall be carried out by written means, by electronic means. In-service communication for this publicThe procurement will be carried out according to the determined functionality of the eZakazka electronic tool on the portal www.ezakazky.sk. I will be able to provide any material to any interested person on the communication electronic portal www.ezakazky.sk without limitation. To request and provide the tender documents:

a) the economic entity enters the internet advertiser via e-mail www.ezakazky.s(c) clicks on the Request for Participation (s),

(d) joins the system in the following way:

d1) if the economic entity already has an account entered in the system directly, (in the case of forgotten login data, the option to send the login data electronically to the e-mail address); d2)the redundant entity does not have an account in the system, clicks on the Registry and follows the instructions given for registration in the system directly on the website www.ezakazky.sk.

I will be interested in the compilation of the tender documents and all other documents related to the tender documents determined by the contracting authority for the preparation of the offer in the electronic system at the electronic address www.ezakazky. If there is a need to clarify the conditions for participation in a public procurement, tender documents or other accompanying documents or other documents provided by the contracting authority within the time limit for submitting tenders, any interested party may, within the statutory time limit, explicitly require a public procurement law to explain them directly electronic system www.ezakazky.sk. The request for explanation must be delivered within a reasonable period specified by the law through the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk. It is not sufficient for the application to be delivered to an e-mail address of the contact person of the contracting authority. The above mentioned procedure also applies if the economic entity receives the tender documents from the Profile of the contracting authority or in some other way. In the context of the principle of equal treatment of interested parties and the principle of transparency, the contracting authority has identified the above mentioned communications, in other words the contracting authority will not take into account the fact that the contracting authority did not specify in the tender documents other individual communications in particular cases. Further details on electronic communications are given belowin the underlying materials. Since the advertiser of the Public Procurement Authority in the Call for Proposals limits the number of characters that can be entered in this formula in a text attribute field, it is not possible to detail the terms of the electronic communication in the Call text. Detailed definition and determination of the delivery of documents and communications to interested parties and applicantsthe guy ranks in the subproject. From this insight, only the Communication Portal was found in the Call, and the Fundamental Basis for Requesting or Requesting Explanation. The bidder in his offer will submit the fulfillment of the conditions of the part, the honest declaration, the requirements for the object of the order specified in the tender documents and the other documents required in the tender documents.
