The subject of the order is a comprehensive delivery of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E in the meaning of the Act of 10.4.1997 Energy Law(Journal of Laws of 2012, No. 1059, as amended), including sales and distribution of gas in the planned amount of 13 874 347.50 kWh (including: basic order 10 672 575.00 kWh, 30% option) - 3 201 772.50 kWh), calculated in the delivery period, i.e. from 1.1.2019 to 31.12. 2019, up to 10 facilities of Przedsiębiorstwo Ciechocinek S.A. listed in Annex A to the ToR, with the proviso that thepart of deliveries will take place after effective termination of the currently effective comprehensive contracts for the sale of gaseous fuel with the current seller.

Main Site: 10 gas collection points in facilities located in Ciechocinek within the Employer's premises, ie Przedsiębiorstwo Uzdrowisko Ciechocinek SA in accordance with Annex A to the Terms of Reference - Subject The order is a comprehensive gas supply of landhigh-methane mark with the E symbol within the meaning of the Energy Law Act of 10.4.1997 (ie Journal of Laws of 2012, No. 1059, as amended), including sales and distribution of gas in the planned amount of 13 874 347.50 kWh ( of which: basic order 10 672 575.00 kWh, 30% option - 3 201 772.50 kWh), calculated in the delivery period, i.e. from 1.1.2019 to 31/12/2019, up to 10 Enterprise facilitiesCiechocinek Spa S.A. listed in Annex A to the Terms of Reference, with the proviso that the delivery will commence after effective termination by the contractor of current comprehensive agreements for the sale of gaseous fuel with the current seller.

On confirmation, the Contracting Authority requires: a) in accordance with art. 32 para. 1 of the Energy Law Act, the current concession for conducting economic activityin the scope of gas trading issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office,

b) in accordance with art. 32 para. 1 of the Energy Law Act current license for conducting business in the field of gas distribution issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office - in the case of contractors who own the distribution network or - c) the current concluded contract (or promise to conclude a contract) with-The operator of the Distribution System (OSD) for the provision of gas distribution services in the area where the natural gas supply is located - for contractors who are not the owners of the distribution network.

In the event that the contractor does not have a current contract with the Distribution System Operator as at the date of the offer submission. and has a promise before concludingiem contractor, the contractor will be obliged to possess (and submit to the Employer) a contract concluded with the DSO for the provision of distribution services in the area where the natural gas supply is located for the ordering party. The tenderer must provide documents confirming that the contractor is insured against civil liability in the scope conducted activity related to the object inspeaking on the guarantee sum determined by the Ordering Party. Minimum guarantee sum: PLN 3, 100, 000.00
