The subject of the public procurement is the continuous supply of natural gas to the supply points of individual contracting entities (under 2-year gas supply contract regime) with the quality of the guarantorsany quality standards for gas supply and related services according to special legal regulations, with the assumption of the obligation of the contracting authority to remove natural gas from the gas distribution network, including the transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier pursuant to Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on the conditions of enterprise and on the performance of state administration in the energy sectors (hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Act"), in the wording, ERU alarms-No. 416/2016 Coll., on the Rules of the Gas Market, as amended, and in the sense of the announcements and price decisions of the Energy Regulatory Office as in the current version. .

The scope of the order (volume of gas consumption) is assumed to be fulfilled for the period of 2 years for 63 specified MW of about 20, 956 MWh.

The supplier has to prove the fulfillment of the basicunder the provisions of Section 74 of the APIA, in the manner set forth in - 75 (1) of the ZZVZ.

The Contractor shall prove the fulfillment of the professional qualification pursuant to Section 77 of the Insurance Act, namely:

1. submitting a commercial listing or other similarly to the filing, if another law prescribes such a record; by submitting an authorization for business under special legal regulations to the extent of the subject corresponding publicly fromnamely: - the decision to grant a license for trading with natural gas pursuant to Act No. 458/2000 Coll. in the wording and promulgations no. 426/2005 Coll., laying down the details of the granting of a license for business activities in the energy sector in the current version
