The subject of public procurement is the continuous supply of natural gas to the South Moravian region and contributory organizations established in the South Moravian Regionm, or other legal entities established by the Jihomoravsk- kraj, and providing distribution of natural gas and system services at these sampling points and providing other services.

The subject of public procurement is the continuous supply of natural gas to the sampling areas of the South Moravian Region and contributory organization set up by the South Moravian Region, possibly anotherof their legal entities established by the Jihomoravsk- Region and provision of distribution of natural gas and system services at these sampling points and provision of other services .. The subject of the public procurement will be carried out on the basis of a contract for associated gas supply services pursuant to Act No. 458/2000 Coll. on the conditions of entrepreneurship and on the performance of state administration in the energy sector and on changes in the law(the "Energy Act") and the implementing provisions of this Act

The Contractor under - 77 (1) of the ZZVZ proves the fulfillment of his professional competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listing record or otherwise similar to the record, if another legal regulation requires such records.

The Contracting Authority, in accordance with - 77 par.-2 sheets. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit a license for the gas trade granted by the Energy Regulatory Office pursuant to - 4 of the Act no. 458/2000 Coll., On Business Conduct and on the Execution of State Administration in the Energy Sectorand the amendment of some laws (energy law), in the wording of later regulations.

The contracting authority does not require proof of economic qualification according to - 78 of the ZZVZ in accordance with - 73 of the Act. : The presumed value includes only the price of the commodity of natural gas, ie it does not include regulated prices for the related gas service and the tax onIn accordance with - 41 of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the provision of a security of CZK 3 200 000.
