The subject of public procurement is physical supply of natural gas to the procurement authorities of the Central Contracting Authority and individual contracting authorities under the contract for combined gas supply services in accordance with - 72 Act No. 458/2000 of the Energy Act and Decree No. 349/2015 Coll., on the Rules of the MarketUS gas, as amended, and further implementing regulations to the energy bill (hereinafter also "supply").

The object of the public contract is the physical delivery of natural gas the procurement authority of the central contracting authority and the individual contracting authoritiesgas supply services within the meaning of Section 72 of Act No. 458/2000 of the Energy Act and Decree No. 349/2015 Coll., on the Gas Market Rules, as amended, and other amendments to the Energy Act (dale take " Suppliers ")

The subject of public procurement is also the provision of regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and the provision of system services.The Contractor proves the basic capacity under - 74 (1) of the Act
