Assignment of supplementary services to the Civic Museum of Palazzo San Sebastiano and the Church of San Sebastiano. supplementary services at the Civic Museum of Palazzo San Sebastiano and the Church of San SebastianoActivities include: ticketing, surveillance, control supervision, value scorat service, bookshop service, routine maintenance of civic collections and services relating to the technical manager in charge of security, as specified in the special tender for the duration of 24 months from the signing of the contract.

Awarding will also take place in the presence of only one valid offer, provided it is adequate.

Verification of possession of the requirements will take place through the national database of public contracts, pursuant to `art. 216, c. 13 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 (DeANAC release n. 111 of 20.12.2012 and subsequent amendments, to which reference should be made in full) All parties interested in participating in the procedure must register with the system by accessing the appropriate link on the AVCP portal (restricted access services - AVCPASS) according to the instructions contained therein.

From the final award, pending the stipulation of the contract, the Administrationreserves the right to order the assignment of the service subject to the law, under the terms established by Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments,

The contracting station reserves the right to suspend, re-route or not award the tender if they intervene serious reasons of public interest without any compensation or compensation due to the bidders.
