Concession of ticketing, teaching and bookshop services at the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rome for the Ministry of Heritage and Cultural Activities and Tourism

The contract is for 'assignment in concession of ticketing, teaching and bookshop services, to be performed at the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte MoDerna and Contemporanea of Rome, on behalf of the Ministry of Heritage and cultural activities and tourism. The aforementioned services are among the services of cultural assistance and hospitality for the public provided for by art. 117 of Legislative Decree n. 42 / 2004.

Main Site: Rome National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art of Rome, as better specified in the Technical Specifications.

See previous point II.1.4).

The participation of the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the procedures referred to in Articles 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 on the following conditions:

a) registration in the Business Register for activities related to the subject of the contract or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence if it is an EU Member State in accordance withenvisaged by art. 83, paragraph 3, Legislative Decree 50/2016;

b) there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80, Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions, of any other situation that determines the exclusion from tenders and / or the incapacity to contract with the public administration, as well as the interdictory cause referred to in art. 53, paragraph 16-ter, of Legislative Decree no. n. 165/2001. Yes applica the art. 83, paragraph 9, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions according to the procedures indicated in the Disciplinare di gara. 37 of the L. n. 122/2010, the economic operators having their registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the black lists referred to in the D.M. 4.5.1999 and to the D.M. 21.11.2001 must be in possession of the authorization issued pursuant to the D.M. 14.12.2010.

A) to have achieved, in the last three financial years approved on the date of publication of this Call, a specific average annual turnover for the physical and / or online ticketing service, of not less than 200, 000.00 EUR, VAT

b) having achieved, in the last three financial years approved on the date of publication of this Call, specific sales per yearor medium for the bookshop service, not less than EUR 200 000.00, VAT not included.

In case of participation of subjects as per art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. d), e), f) and g), and comma 2, lett. b) and c) of the d. lgs. n. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions, the aforesaid requisites must be held on the basis of the provisions of the Competition Regulations.
