Museum-exhibition services.

The contract concerns the creation of a fully functional and well-equipped information center for the Rhodope Mountains National Park in Drama, namely: - organization of the exhibition space, comprising the reception area and nine (9) composite exhibits, with readable and attractive texts(such as maps, photos, drawings, etc.), dynamic and interactive media (touch screens, multimedia applications, 360-degree visual projections, screen projections) and real materials (eg fossilized rocks) - outdoor configuration, including small-scale interventions, aiming at landscaping and optimal visitor service such as markinginformation center and small seating configurations.

For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, a guarantee letter of participation, amounting to five thousand five hundred euros (5, 500.00 euro), is deposited by the participating economic operators (tenderers) in accordance with Article 2.2.2 of the Declaration.

For the signing of the contract it is requiredthe performance of a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, amounting to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, deposited before or at the time of signing the contract, in accordance with Article 4.1 of the Declaration.

The contract is included in subproject No 1 of the Act, which is included in the Operational Program, based on the-accession decision no. Protocol 1101 / 22.5.2018 of the Regional Governor of Th. and has been assigned a code MIS 5027203. This contract is funded by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund) and by national resources through the PDO.

The contractor's payment will be made in one of the following ways. The discretion is left to the bidders to choose with relative-a statement on the sub-folder of their financial offer in the desired manner, otherwise the Contracting Authority will apply the first way: a) 100% of the contract value after the final receipt of the services. This method of payment also applies in the case of incremental deliveries (phases), as set out in Annex 1 of the Declaration, as follows:

Phase A: 30% of the total value of(b) 70% of the total value of the contract with VAT.

(b) with the provision of an interest-bearing advance, up to 30% of the contractual value net of VAT, will cover the difference between the amount of the performance guarantee and the amount of the advance paid in accordance with Article 72 (1) (d) of Laws 4412/2016 and 4.1) ofdeclaration
