Delivery of 1 thermovision camera for a drone and 1 piece of a miniature hybrid camera, for WEAIiIB.

1. Contractors who can not be excluded under the provisions of art. 24 sec. 1 pkt 12-23 and art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law

In the case of joint application for contractors, EED made in an electronic form and signed by a qualified electronic signature by persons authorized to represent a given contractor, submits each contractor jointly applying for the order, using Electronic communication centersie by loading files via the Platform at http://www.e-ProPublico.pl. The use of the platform is free. This statement is to confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion to the extent specified in these ToR, as well as fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the proceedings in the scope in which each of the contractors demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.

Within 3 days from the date of placing by the ordering party on the website information on the opening of bids referred to in Article 86 par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, the contractor ist must provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Public Procurement Law. Along with the submission of a statement, the contractor may provide evidence that links with another contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure,

Authorization-power of attorney to signthe offer should be attached to the offer, if it is from other documents attached to the offer or documents that the contracting authority may obtain using free and publicly available databases.
