The subject of this order is the supply of one 7-seat minibus and two 8-seat minibuses, including equipment and a guarantee of authorized service (repair of the concerned minibuses under the manufacturer`s guarantee conditions). the characteristics of the required subject of the contract specified in this section of the tender documents are specified asminimal technical parameters / functionalities, resp. characteristics of the required subject of the contract (mandatory; hereinafter referred to as minimum requirements), which the tenderer must fulfill.

Pursuant to - 32 para. Explanation of the information needed to draw up the tender and to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation, contracting authorityby letters in accordance with - 48 of the Act and in accordance with the documents for the competition. The contracting authority / customer shall proceed in accordance with - 20 of the Act when awarding this over-limit contract. 4. A vendor group does not have to create the right form, but it has to determine the vendors of a vendor group. INall members of such a group of suppliers made to deliver / provide the subject of the contract are obliged to grant a power of attorney to one of the group members to act on behalf of all members of the group and to accept instructions in this contract and communication / responsibility in the process of performance of the Purchase Agreement.In the event of acceptance of a bid by a group of suppliers, a group of suppliers shall be required to conclude and submit to the contracting authority, prior to the signature of the Purchase Contract, unambiguously specifying the mutual rights and obligations involved. groups of suppliers are committed to contracting authoritiesjointly and severally.
