Acquisition of vehicles and machinery for the municipal park and the CCAS

The present consultation relates to the acquisition of vehicles and machinery for the Municipal Park of the municipality of Mandelieu-la-Napoule and the municipal center for social action. The procurement procedure used is:the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1, R. 2131-18, R. 2132-2, R. 2132-4 a R. 2132-6, R. 2143-1 a R. 2143-2, R. 2151-1 a R. 2151-5, R. 2161-2 a R. 2161-5, R. 2161-4 of the public procurement code. This is an ordinary contract at global and fixed price.

This lot concerns the acquisition of 11 segment A vehicles and 1 segment B vehicle on behalf of the City of Mandelieu-la-Napoule and the Communal Social Action Center (CCAS) gathered in a grouping of orders.

To present their candidacy, the candidates use either the DC1 (letter of candidacy) and DC2 (candidate's declaration) formsavailable for free on the site www.economie.gouv.fr or the Single European Market Document (DUME) on the site https: //dume.chorus-pro.gouv.fr

— declaration on honor to justify that the candidate in no case is it prohibited to tender mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the public procurement code,

- declaration on the respectof the employment obligation mentioned in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code.

In addition, it is prohibited to tender companies entering one of the cases of prohibition mentioned in articles L. 2141 -1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the public procurement code.

Content of the offer:

The transmission of folds in paper form is not authorized. Any paper offer will be considered as an irregular offer not subject to regularization.

Essential terms of financing and paiement:

- payment of expenses will be made by administrative mandate followed by a transfer,

- overall payment period may not exceed 30 days,

- the rate of default interest is equal to the rate of interest applied by the ECB to its Most recent main refinancing operations, in effect on 1 day of the semester of the calendar year in which the default interest began to run, plus 8 percentage points. The amount of the lump sum indemnity for recovery costs is fixed at 40 EUR,

- credits necessary for the financing of the operation entered in the accounts of the municipality in the annual budget,

- financing on own funds,

- for the lot 4 only, an advance is provided unless the holder waives. It is conditioned by the constitution of a premi1st request covering 100% of the amount of the advance under the conditions of the CCAP.
