Acquisition and delivery of vehicles and equipment for the needs of the municipality of Saint-Philippe - relaunch of unsuccessful lots

This consultation concerns the relaunching of certain lots of the proceedings relating to. The supplies are divided into 4 lots: n 1, n 6, n 7 and 8.

Acquisition of 4 electric van-type utility vehicles.

The main functional and / or technical requirements of the supplies to be delivered are defined in the special technical clauses and the decommissioning framework. global price and lump sum (CDPGF).

1) The form DC1 (version code of the public order)ue) complete justifying that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the code of the public order.

Selection criteria:

The criteria used in the analysis of the applications are: - financial capacity (overall turnover of the last 3 years), - professional capacity(Proof of professional ability: recent references / relevant references or particular justifications of the relevant firm and proportionate to the subject of the contract)

Essential terms of financing and payment and / or the texts which regulate them:

- for Lots 1, 6, 7 and 8, the forecast financing of supplies, which is the subject of this tender, will be financed by theState up to 60% under the DETR and by the own funds of the municipality of Saint-Philippe up to 40%.

The payment of the benefits object of this market will be carried out according to the rules defined by the decree n 62 -1587 of 29.12.1962 amending the general regulation on public accounting.

The mode of regulation of the market is the administrative transfer. Amounts due in execumarket is paid within the maximum period of 30 days.

The overall payment period runs from the date of receipt of invoices or equivalent payment claims by the services of the contracting authority.
