The public procurement includes the delivery of motor vehicles as follows:

Main Site: Vratsa, Vratsa municipality, district Vratsa

The public procurement includes the supply of motor vehicles as follows:

- 1 number of used special waste collection car - type of rotorpressa,

- 1 number of used 4x4 multipurpose off-road vehicle for collecting green waste,

- 1 number of used multifunction car, tipper, with at least 4 1 places for collecting large-scale waste according to the technical specification, integral part of the documentation for performance of the public procurement.

The financing of the public procurement was carried outThe Contracting Authority requires the designated contractor in the case of an advance to be provided to provide a security guaranteeing the total amount of the advances granted, in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the contract. The selected contractor shall, upon receipt of the advance, an arrangement under one of the forms provided in Art. 111, para. 5 and 6 of the PPA, which provides advance funds provided in full, namely in the amount of 20% of the contract value, the same shall be released within three days after the return or absorption of lead.

Assignor removed from the part of participants in the procedure when :

1. a participant who does not meet the criteria and selection criteria or not-fulfill another condition set out in the contract notice or in the documentation;

2. a participant who has submitted a tender which does not meet: (a) the pre-announced terms of the contract;

(b) rules and requirements relating to environmental, social and labor protection. right, app. collector. dispute. and / or split. of the Inter. eco, social and labor. right they choose. in application. # 10 where it is-applicable;

3. a participant who has not submitted a justification under Art. 72, para. 1 or whose offer has not been accepted pursuant to Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the PPL;

4. If there is no financing within 3 (three) months of the conclusion of the contract, each party has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally, without notice and without owing this figfinancial or other compensation or compensation of the other party under Art. 114 of the PPL.
