As a starting point, the contract must meet the municipality's need for mobility for employees. The goal is to have transport that is as environmentally friendly as possible, transport that meets the individual's needs and the most efficient use of the means of transport that are used.

L0renskog municipality would like a contract that involves cooperation with the tenderer in order to reach the municipality's goal of being healthy, green and diverse. The content of the contract must be able to be developed so that it is always the best possible future-orientated contract that meets the municipality's needs.

The procurement's purpose

The contract must meet the municipality's different needs for mobility for employees. The goal is to have transport that is as environmentally friendly as possible, transport that meets the individual's needs and the most efficient use of the means of transport that are used.

L0renskog municipality would like a contract that involves cooperation with the tenderer in order to reach the municipality's goal of being healthy, green and diverse. The content of the contract must be able to be developed so that it is always the best possible future-orientated contract that meets the municipality's needs.

A tax certificate is required, not older than 6 months, as well as a company registration certificate. For further information see the qualification documentation, points 1.3.2.1 and 1.3.2.2.

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment and must see to their obligations within the estimated frameworks for the contract.

In order to document this, tenderers must enclose:

— The company's annual accounts for the last three years, including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement,

and

— a credit rating, which must not be worse that a rating equivalent to a 'good credit rating' and not older than one year calculated from the deadline for submitting tenders. It must be based on known accounting figures and it must be carried out by a credit rating company that has a licence to operate.

The contracting authority reserves the right to request and obtain the accounting figures for the last three years if it is deemed necessary.
