"RCA car insurance services for motor vehiclesand the motorcycles provided by the Bucharest General Police Directorate "by concluding a framework agreement for a period of 24 months, subject to the full compliance with the requirements of the awarding documentation (data sheet and specifications)

Amounts - estimates of the minimum and maximum amounts to be covered:

- the framework agreement: minimum 100 MTPL insurance - maximum4 828 MTPL insurance, - a single downstream contract to be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement: minimum 1 RCA insurance - maximum 2 414 RCA insurance

Total estimated value excluding VAT: RON 4 147 600.

Estimate the value of the largest subsequent contract: RON 2 073 800.

The deadline to which economic operators may request clarification is 15 days to dateThe contracting authority shall respond to all requests for clarification at least 10 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, according to art. I - point 16 of GEO no. 45 of 24 May 2018. Bidders, supporting third parties and subcontractors shall not be present in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

1) Establishing certificates (respectively: a tax attestation issued by the Ministry of Public Finance, General of Public Finance and certificate of payment of taxes and duties place(local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of submission and the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the management, management or supervision of the respective economic operator or those having the power of representation, have the control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act.

The economic operator is not excluded from the awarding procedure when it complies with the provisions of art. 166 par. (2) of the Law no. 98 / 2016. It will be accepted as sufficient and relevant to demonstrate that the bidder is not in one of the situations provided for in Art. 164, 165 and 167, any document considered to be edifying from themin the country of origin or in the country where the tenderer is established, such as certificates, criminal records or other equivalent documents issued by the competent authorities of the country concerned; (3) Statement on non-compliance with the situations referred to in art. 59 60 of the Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement - Form 1 of the "Forms" section(a) In case of submitting an offer in association, each associate has the obligation to prove the fulfillment of the requirement. This statement is also requested from potential subcontractors. In the case of submission of an individual / joint offer that is financially and / or technically-professional provided by third parties / third partiestions, each supporter has the obligation to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement. The confirmation documents of the associates / subcontractors / third-party supporters will be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, by the tenderer placed on the first place in the interim classification,
