Framework Agreement concluded with three economic operators, lasting 4 years and resumption of competition with the object of: Mandatory MTPL insurance and CASCO insurance of vehicles.

Agreement-class on the provision of RCA insurance and CASCO insurance assures the provision of these services, according to the legislation in force, the clauses stipulated in the framework agreement and the subsequent public procurement contracts, observing the requirements contained in the specifications, for a number of 104 motor vehicles and 13 mopeds and CASCO insurance for 91 carsIn order to ensure the necessary financial resources there are no constraints due to the lack of resources in the budget of revenues and expenditures of the Municipality of Arad, taking into account the allocation in the budget of each year of the amounts necessary for the acquisition RCA insurance and CASCO insurance.

The contract does not fall within the scopeof high complexity. The RCA insurance and CASCO insurance company is authorized by the competent bodies to fulfill the obligations provided by the legislation in force. 1) The bidders / associations, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will exclude from this proceedingtough awarding bidder who falls within the provisions of art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016. The way to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement: ITUs will be filled by economic operators with information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE will be presented at the request of theonly trained by the bidder ranked I in the ranking of the bid evaluation. These are: - the criminal record of the economic operator, the criminal record of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator, as well as those with the power of decision, representation or control within it, as- confirmation certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts related to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget at the time of presentation, - documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for to art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no.98/2016, - other editorial documents, as the case may be; 2) Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 of Law 98/2016. Each economic operator is obliged to complete the declaration of non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 of Law 98/2016.
