Advanced Accompanying control

Treaty on the Advanced project control taking place by way of a total contractor new construction of a hospital.

The contract to be awarded (to be canceled)leaving contract) includes in particular services of the accompanying control as well as the technical project controlling in the framework of a total contractor project. Entitlement to appeal is the Office of the Lower Austrian Provincial Government, Department Building Management. Proof of a recent excerpt from the Trade Register (in Austria: GISA extract or confirmation of the Chamber) or a verglea certificate of registration in the relevant professional or commercial register of the country of origin or by submission of the certificate provided for therein or, if there is no evidence in the country of origin, by affidavit of the applicant. The evidence to be provided for a particular country of origin is determined in accordance with Annex IX to the BVergG 2018Applicants who are established in the territory of another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who are required to obtain an official decision concerning their professional qualifications in Austria shall, in accordance with - 21 (1) BVergG 2018, have a procedure to that effect as soon as possible, but in any case before an award decision to initiate (vgl - 141 Abs 1 Z 11 BVergG 2018).
