Framework Agreement for Sales, Alcohol and Tobacco Inspections
Troms0 kommune [municipality] will enter into a new Framework Agreement for the implementation of sales, alcohol, smoke and tobacco inspection services.
Troms0 kommune [municipality] is responsible for performing inspections of the alcohol turnover in the municipality, cf. the Turnover of Alcoholic Drinks Act dated 2.6.1989 No. 27, with the associated regulations dated 8.6.2005.
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the professional provision of the sales, alcohol, smoke and tobacco inspection services.
The sales and alcohol inspections will be carried out pursuant to the Alcohol Act §1-9, the alcohol regulations Chapter 9 and the municipality's current alcohol policy action plan. This also includes inspection of the conduct of internal controls.
Inspection of sales and serving of alcoholic drinks is performed within the limit of the applicable law and regulations. In addition, as part of this Framework Agreement, compliance with the Tobacco Act must be upheld at the municipality's sales and licensed premises.
