The supply, installation, rental and disposal of a modular building for use in an outdoor pharmacy fore Hospital Center of Pont l`Eveque.

Main Site: 9 rue de Brossard - 14130 Pont l`Eveque.

The market is made up of slices, defined as follows:

- a firm slice which includes the following elements:

- the administrative procedure of the building permit,

- the construction of foundations necessary for the installation of the modular building,

- the supply and the assembly of the key structure in main,

- connections to the networks of fluids waiting nearby,

- disassembly of the structure after the rental period,

- rental services for a period of 3 years,

- a optional tranche 1: rental service for 1 additional year,

- an optional installment 2: rental service for 1 additional year,

- an optional installment 3: service provisione rental for 1 additional year.

Applicants must present if it exists, a list of the main projects followed by the applicant in areas similar to the present consultation over the last 3 years, insurance policies a mandatory visit is organized on 13.11.2019 at 14:00 with Mr. Briend, logistics and technical manager (tel: 33 607918520): Va sitel d`Auge, Isle, 14130 Pont l`Eveque. Only candidates who are present may submit an offer. Following this visit, the candidates will be able to ask their eventual questions until 18.11.2019 - 12:00 via the platform www.marches-publics.gouv.fr - the CHU will answer it by 21.11.2019. Candidates are informed that no further visits will be organized. The holder provides a planing at the time of the delivery of his offer which is contractual to the notification of the market. 2 types of deadlines will be specified by the candidates in their offer and must imperatively be respected:

- from the date of notification of the market, the deadline for the filing of the documents necessary for the obtaining of the authorizations,

- the delay of putting available premises after obtaining the latterThe proposal should take into account the time required for earthworks and foundations required for the implementation of the building and any topographical surveys to be carried out beforehand. The operation will have to be completed by 31.5.2020. A mandatory variant is required, bearing only on the purchase value of the modular building at the end of 3 years of rental.
