Mobile telecommunication for the needs of the departmental services:

Provision of mobile telephony services.

- form DUME or - letter of application and authorization of the representative by its co-contractors or prints DC1 by which the individual applicant or each memberof the group declares on the honor:

a) not to enter in any of the cases of prohibition of obligatory bid envisaged in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-6 of the code of the public order; (b) be in order under Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of handicapped workers, - declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the printing group DC2, items a, b and c.
