4.1.1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette 73/08, 90/11, 133/12, 80/13, 71/14 and 72/17) and the provisions of the Ordinance on mode and uv(Official Gazette No. 154/11, 149/13, 82/14, 24/15 and 42/16), bidders must have the following certificates issued by the Croatian Regulatory Agency for Network Services (Hakom ):

4.1.2 valid acknowledgment of receipt of the prior notification of the performance of the electronic communications network and services activities4.1.3. Mobile telephone services available in the mobile electronic communications network 4.1.3. valid license to use the radio frequency spectrum, the least GSM and UMTS technologies
