Provisional security deposit, estimated at 2% (two per cent) of the total amount presumed to be based on auction.
Own resources. Payment within 60 days from the day of the month of receipt of the invoice.
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating the conformity with the requirements:
--registration in the Register of Companies for activities related to the supply in question, in accordance with the provisions of art. 83, co. 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016,
- there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016,
- compliance with the national labor contract and possible territorial and / or company integrations and safety regulations in the workplace, to thensi of Legislative Decree 81/2008, as well as of all legal obligations towards employees or members,
- only for operators having their registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the D.M. of 4.5.1999 and the D.M. of 21.11.2001: authorization issued under the D.M. of 14.12.2010,
- supplies similar to those provided for in the present call for applications, carried out over the last three yearso in public administrations, public bodies and / or private clients, for a minimum total amount equal to that placed at auction base; the possession of the requirement must be proven as follows:
1) original or certified copy of the certificates issued by the administration / contracting entity or private client, with indication of the object, amount and period of performance,
or, -alternatively
2) copy of the invoiced invoices up to the minimum required amount
- there is no subsistence, also referring to the possible / to the eventual subcontractors, of the causes of exclusion as per art. 80, co. 1, 2, 4 and 5, of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.
