The estimated value of the subject of the contract is set at EUR 500 000 excluding VAT. Details are given in the documents for entry. Conditions of Participation of Tenderers in Public Procurement Concerning Personal Status According to -32 of the Public Procurement Act

1.1 Public procurement can be attended only by those who meet these conditions of participation.as regards personal status, as follows:

(a) he or his statutory body, or a member of the statutory body, or a member of the supervisory body, or the prosecutor has been convicted of an offense of corruption, an offense affecting the financial interests of the European Communities; activities, crime of setting up, raping and supporting a criminal group, punishmentthe act of establishing, rationalizing or supporting a terrorist group, the crime of terrorism and some forms of participation in terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, the crime of fact related to business or the criminal offense of public procurement and public auction; arrears of health insurance, social insurance and old-age contributions(c) has no tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the State of residence, place of business or usual residence, (d) no bankruptcy has been declared for its assets, it is not restructured, is not in liquidation, nor was the bankruptcy proceedings due to lack of assets or abolishedfor lack of property, (e) authorized to provide service in the subject of the contract, (f) not prohibited from participating in public procurement confirmed by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the State of residence, place of business or usual residence; 3 years from the announcement or demonstrable commencement of a public procurement of a serious breach of an obligation in the area(h) has not committed a serious breach of professional obligations in the previous 3 years following the announcement or demonstrable commencement of the public procurement procedure; as evidenced by the contracting authority and

2.1 The tenderer shall submit in the tender the following document (s) demonstrating his / her financial and economic status:

2.1.1. 1 pism. (a) Public procurement law by expression of the bank or branch of a foreign bank

2.1.1.1. Minimum level required by the contracting authority pursuant to Article 38 (5) of the public procurement law:

2.1.1.1.1.asks to submit a statement from the bank or branch of a foreign bank where the applicant has an account open, on its ability to fulfill its financial obligations for the last 3 calendar years from the date of the procurement notice (or for years available as a result activities) and has not been determined in an unauthorized debit for a period of time, It cuts off the payment calendar that the applicant does not have an account blocking in connection with the execution procedure. Within the scope of this tender, the provisions of - 66 para. 7 of the Act, ie the contracting authority shall carry out the evaluation file nothe conditions of participation according to - 40 of the Act after evaluation of tenders according to - 53 of the Act. The Tenderer shall not divide the documents into a separate part of the tender labeled Other and a separate part of the tender labeled Criteria, but shall submit all documents together. The tender documents (hereinafter referred to as "SP") for the public tender are published from the date of publication of this tender in the tender profileestablished in an electronic repository on the website of the Public Procurement Office www.uvo.gov.sk. The contracting authority will also publish in its profile any other documents necessary for the preparation of the tender (eg providing an explanation pursuant to - 48 of the Public Procurement Act). The contracting authority shall provide unlimited, complete and complete documents to the tender documents and other documentsdirect access free of charge

3. The contracting authority will recommend tenderers to continuously monitor the Procurement Office`s website, section VO Profile, throughout the duration of this invitation to tender.

4. The language of communication in this competition is Slovak or Czech. The tenderer submits the tender and other documents and documents in public procurement are submitted in the Slovak language. if it isa document or document made out in a foreign language, submitted together with its official translation into the Slovak language; this does not apply to offers, documents and documents made in the Czech language. If a discrepancy in their content is found, the official translation into the official language is decisive. Communication between the Contracting Authority and the Applicants / Applicants shall be carried out exclusively electronically, via IS EVO using all its functionalities. On the UVO page are manuals and video tutorials for the upgraded version of EVO.

7. In EVO, the concept of service referred to in the Public Procurement Act and in the tender documents is the moment of delivery, which is identical to the moment of sending the electronic message in the EVO system. Read E - Message in EVO by candidates / applicants northe contracting authority has no connection with the moment of delivery. In the case of a group of suppliers, the tender must also be accompanied by a special written authorization for 1 member of the group of suppliers having the right personality to communicate with the contracting authority on behalf of the group of suppliers and to terminate on behalf of the group of suppliers. The acts of the Plenipotentiary on behalf of the group of suppliers shall be to the publiccontracting authority. Written authorization must be signed by all members of the supplier group. Applicants / tenderers shall bear the full cost of participation in this tender without any action against the ROI. The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept a tender which exceeds the estimated value of the contract for the various parts of the subject of the contract.The contracting authority may not conclude a contract with a tenderer or tenderers who have an obligation to register in the register of public sector partners and are not entered in the register of public sector partners pursuant to Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the register of public sector partners and on the amendment of certain conclusions
