Open procedure, 5 lots, for the maintenance service on loading, transport and load handling equipment, supplied to the AMA company fleet, 24 months

The contract divided into 5 (five) lots, relates to the assignment of the maintenance service on the loading, transport and handling equipmentof the loads, supplied to the AMA company fleet, to be lent by skilled labor and supply of spare parts, for the duration of 24 (twenty-four) months.

The contract concerns the assignment of the service maintenance on OMB - Carrozzeria Moderna equipment, supplied to the AMA company fleet, to be lent by skilled labor and fornishing of spare parts, for the duration of 24 (twenty-four) months.

Pending exclusion from the tender, as essential elements of the offer, each competitor (single company / RTI / Consortium) must satisfy, also in accordance with the provisions of the Tender regulations, the following conditions:

a) registration for activities related to the services subject of the tender in the Business Register or in one of the regsprofessional or commercial foodstuffs of the State of residence if it is an EU country, in compliance with the provisions of art. 83 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

b) the existence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

1) the supplementary provisions of this announcement - including the additional causes of exclusion - are contained in the Tender Regulations and their owngati, which can be freely viewed and downloaded from the profile of the purchaser at the URL address www.amaroma.it;

2) for the purpose of payment of the contributions due pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 65 and 67, of law no. 266/2005 the CIG are the following: 78605857F1 (lot I), 7860594F5C (lot II), 7860605872 (lot III), 786061832E (lot IV), 78606426FB (lot V); payment methods areor viewable on the site http://www.anticorruzione.it/portal/public/classic/Servizi/ServiziOnline/ServizioRiscossioneContributi;

3) all declarations, under penalty of exclusion, must be drawn up in accordance with D.P.R. n.445 / 2000 and digitally signed;

4) for each lot, AMA reserves the right to:

a) proceed with the award even in the presence of only one valid offer, if deemed congressua and convenient;

b) not proceed with the awarding if no bid is suitable or suitable in relation to the contractual object;

c) suspend, redirect or not award the procedure motivatedly;

d) not to stipulate the contract justifiably even if the award was previously made;

e) proceed with the awarding even of a single / single lot;

5) will be excluse the competitors for whom one of the reasons for exclusion exists as per Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and, in particular, pursuant to article 80 of the aforementioned decree;

6) bids equal to or greater than the amount placed on the basis of the tender, as well as incomplete, partial and / or conditional conditions;

7) tenders submitted in any way will not be considered validaction other than that indicated in the Tender Regulations;

8) abnormally low tenders are identified and assessed on the basis of article 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

9) and subcontracting is permitted pursuant to art. 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

10) information and clarifications on the tender documents can be requested from the General Affairs Area - Purchasing Service via online transmission, via thepposita section of the portal, by and no later than 15.7.2019;

11) the clarifications will be published in electronic format on the AMA website in the Tenders and Suppliers section and in the appropriate section of the portal;

12) all communications between AMA and the economic operators will be transmitted electronically, through the appropriate function present in the detailed form of the affi

13) with reference to the contract that will be signed with the contractor for each lot, the regulation on the traceability of financial flows pursuant to law 13.8.2010, n. 136;

14) the contractor of each lot, during the execution of the contract and for its entire duration, must constantly keep AMA up to date in order to preserve the possit of the requirements requested in the art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

15) in the context of the economic offer, the competitors must indicate their own labor costs and company burdens regarding health and safety in the workplace, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 10, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i.

16) with the presentation of the offers, the competitors allow the treatment of their dati, also personal to the senses of the regulation (UE) 2016/679 and of the D.Lgs. n. 196/2003, for insolvency and contractual requirements;

17) AMA does not make use of an arbitration clause which, therefore, is not contractually provided for;

18) if the conditions are met, the AMA can resort to the amicable agreement, in accordance with the art. 205 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

19) this procedure has been authorized con determination n. 31-2018 integrated with AMA note prot. n. 110-2019 / DOPER / SFO dated 03.33.2019;
