The subject of the public procurement is the supply of materials, consumables and spare parts for computers and hardware equipment --according to specification, by lot:
Main Site: Sofia, 45, Cherni Vrah Boulevard, ex warehouse of SANS
Delivery made by purchase of:
1.1 Motherboard type A1 - 40 pcs; Motherboard type A2 - 10 pcs
1.3 Motherboard type A3 - 3 pcs 1.4 Motherboard type C1 - 40 with performance characteristics and requirements for the separate item described in section II "Technical specifications" from ethe Employer does not impose requirements regarding the fitness for professional activity, including the requirements related to the entry in professional or commercial registers .. The Employer does not impose a requirement regarding the economic and financial situation. the participant in charge of the open procedure may participate-of the conditions under Art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the documentation. The assignor removes a participant for whom there are:
1. the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3-point. 5 of the Public Procurement Act;
2. the grounds under Art. 107, without point 2, letter "b" of the Public Procurement Act, 3. the circumstances under Article 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations with Companies Actand in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their real owners, unless the exceptions under Art. 4 of the Law. In the event of inaccuracies and / or inconsistencies and / or inaccuracies and / or an arithmetical error in the calculations, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure. A participant in the procedure for which there are groundsfor removal under item 1, has the right to provide evidence that he has taken measures that ensure his / her reliability, according to Art. 56, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The grounds for removal shall apply until the expiration of the time limits specified in Art. 57, para. 3 of the PPA.
Participants declare the lack of grounds for removal by presenting EEDOP. Documents for proving the undertaken are attached to EEDOPreliability measures (where applicable). The Assignor may require participants at any time to submit all or part of the documents demonstrating the information specified in the EEDOP when this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure. When the participant will use subcontractors in the execution of the contract, they must meet the eligibility conditions. Etcand the performance of the public procurement by a grouping, the participants in the grouping are jointly and severally liable. 104, para. 2 of the PPA during the procedure, the evaluation of the participants' technical and price proposals will be carried out before the pre-selection. When opening the packages and considering the offers, the commission under Art. 103, para. 1 of the PPL will carry out actions cover. 61 of the RSPC. According to Art. 47, para. 6 of the RPSP in relation to Art. 104, para. 2 of the PPA, the participants' price offers may not be presented in a sealed envelope. The contractor shall submit before signing the contract: - current documents certifying the absence of the grounds for removal from the procedure (including for the subcontractors), - a performance guarantee for a dogberth,
- declaration under Art. 66, para. 2 of the LMI on a template
The participants may submit a bid for 1, for several and / or for all the lots in the public procurement.
