Establishment of a centralized system for the control of construction site logistics (central control station - PCC)

SPL Lyon Part-Dieu, in the framework of its mission of coordination of the operations on its perimeter puts in place a system of regulation of the flows of building sites, in order to guarantee the effectiveness ofcites deliveries, optimize them and minimize disturbances to the general circulation and the quality of adjoining public spaces. This device has been named (PCC).

The PCC relies on the provision of each operation of a digital platform intended to collect and analyze the delivery needs of the sites, according to the accessibility to the district of Part-Dieu and thus regulate the flows corresponding to a day via the reservation of predefined time slots.

Zones of regulation or delay for the vehicles of building sites are made available in support of this process.

The objectives and advantages of the logistics are:

- regulate the flow of construction sites,

- encourage rationalization and optimization of tfills to limit the number of vehicles,

- ensure the smooth delivery of deliveries to different operations while limiting disruption to the general circulation.

Appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for occupational hazards.
