Backstopping of the West Africa Livestock Marketing Support Program (PACBAO) for the period from 1.9.2019 to 31.12.2022 in West Africa

- identify with all the partners milestones to verify the relevance and the cohereDevelop activities with the outcomes, make the necessary adjustments and define a periodicity for the assessment of the evolution of the selected milestones, follow the evolution of the context and its implications for the implementation of the program, Appreciate the relevance and the effectiveness of the actions ground to the achievement of the different outcomes as well as the partnership relations developed pfor the achievement of the outcomes, - to assess the level of coherence and synergy between the various components (ECOWAS and COFENABVI-WA components), - to develop inputs for the consideration of any new specific issues, - to capitalize and produce knowledge on the subject of the West African livestock trade to share with other stakeholders and partners inregion.

Partial offers are not allowed.

Conditions for countries which have not acceded to WTO agreements: none.

General Conditions: General Conditions (GC) of the FDFA for Service Mandates (Type A and B) are deemed to have been accepted by the tenderer for the submission of its tender.

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedure: the awarding authority awardspublic contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women.
