Provision of international recommended CN07 and 517 depot, 517 bis depot and 517 notebooks for the needs of the La Poste Group

The market consists of 2 lots:

Supply of CN07 recommended international bundles.

bundles consist of 3 sheets:

- sheet 1: cardboard 250g / m,

- sheet 2: laminated sheet,

- sheet 3: adhesive backing.

LEstimated annual quantities are 30 000 batches of 100 bundles.

The applicant will provide, on the Provigis platform (https://www.provigis.com/), the documents indicated below:

1) an extract K -bis or equivalence;

2) if it is in receivership, the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced;

3) a duly dated declaration signed on paper to the supplier, to justify that it does notin any of the cases mentioned in Article L. 2141-1 and 1 and 3 of Article L. 2141-4 of the Public Order Code;

4) the certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies attesting that the candidate is not in a case of prohibition to tender mentioned in article L. 2141-2 of the code of the public order, that is to say:

- a certificate of vigilanceissued by the USSR,

- a tax certificate justifying the regularity of its tax situation (payment of VAT, corporation tax or income tax),

- a certificate attesting to the regularity its position with regard to the employment obligation of disabled workers. (5) where applicable, the list of names of foreign employees employed by the candidate and subject tothe work authorization mentioned in Article L. 5221-2 of the Labor Code, specifying for each employee, in accordance with Article D. 8254-2 of the Labor Code, the date of his hiring, his nationality and the type and the order number of the title being a work permit. Candidates established abroad provide the documents provided for in Articles D. 8222-7 and D. 8254-3 of the Labor Code.(6) where applicable, the documents provided for in Article R. 1263-12 of the Labor Code in case of the posting of employees.

For each lot, the financial sustainability of the candidate will be examined by La Poste and / or external bodies in the light of simplified tax reports for the last 3 fiscal years: ie balance sheets, income statements and annexes numbered from 2050 to 2059 inclusive (ou any equivalent document that the candidate will have to submit.

35% Weighted Criteria.

The request for participation accompanied by the information and documents requested in sections III.1 (2) and III.1 (3) (on an information questionnaire or in free format) must be submittedon the supplier portal (https://e-sourcing.extra.laposte.fr/web/login.html).All documents requested under sections III.1.1 to III.1.3 must be submitted before the date and time limits mentioned in section IV.2.2).

The candidate wishing to answer via the DUME will give it in pdf format and in xml format in a ZIP.

All documents that can not be scanned are returned by email.I recommend with acknowledgment of receipt or to file against receipt at the address of the point of contact before the same dates and time limits.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 53 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the candidate shall not is not required to provide the documents and information requested under this notice that can be obtained via an electronic system of provisioninformation is administered by an official body or a digital storage space accessible free of charge by La Poste and its subsidiaries.
