Open procedure, pursuant to art. 60, D.Lgs. 2016, n. 50, for the purpose of awarding the service in service of sterile TNT material, for a period of 2 years, renewable for 12 months, for UU.OO. of the University Hospital of Cagliari, PO.OO. Saint John of God and Duilio Casula of Monserrato.

Provisional guarantee equal to 2% of the presumed amount of each single lot for which the participants tookoffer, to be presented pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, by bank guarantee or insurance policy, at the option of the bidder issued by the authorized institution, entitled to issue surety for the type and amount requested, according to current regulations.

Registration in the business register issued by the Chamber of Commerce competent, dated not olderhours to 6 months from the date of the tender, or a substitutive declaration of certification (Article 46 of Presidential Decree 445/2000), signed by the legal representative, containing the elements of the certificate itself.
