Delivery and commissioning of laboratory apparatus and equipment for the needs of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Thracian University gr. Stara Zagora "The order is divided into the following-positions:

Main Site: Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Thracian Stara Zagora, at Stara Zagora, Studentski grad

1 number of microtom with precision orientation of the sample with reference for zero position:

- with a sample quick-grab with one hand,

- blade holder - without lateral (lateral) movement, - - blade holder for low profile blades for single use- with automatic lubrication of the roller bearings, - with 2 separate flywheel lock systems for safer operation - lock in the top position when changing the blade or material or locking in selected by the user position,

- with a balancing system with spring force compensation during the slicing process,

- the retracted modesockets with on / off capability and value programming, - information on the instrument's current instrument information panel such as retraction, emergency braking, flywheel locking, trimming thickness, slicing thickness, and accumulation the number of slices and their thickness, - a self-contained control panel with adjustable angle for a lower-ergonomic use

Technical requirements:

Cutting thickness in a range of not less than 0.5 to 100 μm;

- from 0.5-5 μm with a pitch not greater than 0.5 μm,

- from 5-20 μm with a pitch not greater than 1 μm,

- from 20-60 μm with a step not more than 0.5 μm, greater than 5 μm,

- from 60-100 μm with a pitch of no more than 10 μm

Vertical stroke - not less than 70 mm.

Horizontal electrical feed of the sample - no less-from 28 mm

Automatic horizontal movement of the sample with 2 speeds (300 m / s or 900 m / s)

Control the velocity and direction of sample feeding by pressing only one button.

Ability to cut materials with dimensions of not less than 50x60x40 mm.

Cutting mode - full flywheel rotation or flywheel reversal movement

Sample retracted: in-a range of not less than 5-100 μm with a pitch not exceeding 5 μm.

The "retraction" function can be switched off

Mechanical trimming: in a range of not less than 1-600 mm

Precision orientation 8 (X / Y) with 2-point zeroing indicators

Required fitting:

- Cassette clamp with maximum cutting area of not less than 40x40 mm,

- Paraffin clamp clampwith a maximum cutting area of not less than 40x40 mm, - a waste bin for cutting, holding a microtome by means of a magnet, - a lubricating oil of not less than 50 ml, - a brush for cutting cuts with magnetic anchorage to the microtome.

Warranty maintenance - minimum 12 months

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the participants regarding their fitness (capacity)for the exercise of a professional activity.

The assignor does not impose requirements on the participants in terms of their economic and financial standing. The participants in the procedure should meet the requirements of Art. 54, para. 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act. The Assignor will remove from participating in the Participant Procedure for which it is forbiddenunder Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Law with Companies Registered in Occupational Taxation Courts, the Persons Controlled by Their Owners and Their Real Owners, unless the exceptions under Art. 4 of the same law. The assignor will remove from participation in the procedure participants who are "related parties" within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act. The guarantee for performance of the contract is 5 (five) percent of the value of the contract that is concluded in respect of the separate item indicated by the participant, without VAT, for which a contract will be concluded. The participant chooses the form of the performance guarantee

The Contracting Authority has provided for the current "Public Competition" procedure to be conducted under the terms and conditionsof Article 181 (2) of the Public Procurement Act in relation to Article 61 of the RSPC. The above-mentioned regulatory requirements will be applied in compliance with the principles of equality, publicity and transparency. - The Commission will open the sealed non-transparent packaging in the order of their entry disclosing their content, including the bid of participants on the relevant bid evaluation indicatorsthe tenders of the tenderers in this order will be submitted by a numerical value to be announced at the time of the opening of the tenders. - The technical and price proposal for each of the participants will be signed by at least three members of the Commission and will be offered one the attending representatives of the other participants to sign them, with which the public part of the meeting will end. - In closed sessions, the Commission will examine the tenders submitted and assess, according to the selected award criterion, those which comply with the pre-announced conditions. Where necessary and if the prerequisites for applying the "unusually favorable tender" hypothesis are applicable, the Commission will require the relevant submit a detailed written justification under the terms and conditionsof Art. 72 of the Public Procurement Act. The Commission shall rank the tenders meeting the requirements and conditions for the execution of the contract in descending order of the received prizes. - In closed sessions, the Commission will examine the documents related to the personal status and the selection criteria of the participants in descending order of the received assessments.-Until examining the personal status documents and compliance with the criteria forno bidders whose offers (technical and price offer) do not meet the conditions of the contract and have not been awarded an order under item 6.3 will not be selected. - When there is a lack, incompleteness or inconsistency of the information, irregularity or factual error, or inconsistency with personal requirements or selection criteria, the Commission will notify the participant in writing.5th of the receipt of the notification, the participant may submit a new EEDOP and / or other documents that contain modified and / or supplemented information. - The Commission shall examine the documents under 6.4 and 6.6 to establish the compliance with the requirements for the personal condition and the selection criteria for two participants who rank first and second according to the chosen award criterion.. Art.61, item 7 of the PPPP, the other participants whose offers have been evaluated are not classified.
