The subject of the order is the purchase of a roller bag production line for waste up to 90 l (1 pc) and a roller bag production line for waste volume over 90 l (1 pc)

The subject of the order is the purchase of a line for the production of rolled waste bagscapacity up to 90 l (1 pc) and lines for production of rolled bags for waste volume over 90 l (1 pc).

Applicant must meet the conditions for participation in personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment and supplementing of certain outcomes (hereinafter referred to as the conclusion on public procurement) inrejnom obstaravani. In the case of a tenderer consisting of a group of suppliers participating in public procurement, it is required to prove the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in respect of personal status for each member of the group separately. 1 pism. e) the public procurement act proves the member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the contract whichand secure. Documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the conditions for participation shall be submitted by the tenderer in the form and manner indicated in the tender documents. The award of the over-limit contract is carried out by the system of electronic public procurement through the system of electronic public procurement (hereinafter referred to as IS EVO) on the portal www.uvo.gov.sk. The contracting authority shall not provide tenderers with the tender documents in a letterform. Details concerning the means of communication are given in the documents for publication. Communication between the contracting authority and the candidates / tenderers shall be carried out electronically by means of the IS EVO, which shall ensure that the content is permanently captured, unless otherwise specified in the tender documents. 4. The fulfillment of the conditions of participation can be demonstrated by submitting a single European document pursuant to - 39 of the Public Procurement Act, while the documents proving fulfillment of the conditions of participation are submitted to the contracting authority in compliance with -39 par. 6 of the Public Procurement Act within 5 working days. days by dayand delivery of a written invitation to deliver documents proving that the conditions for participation have been met, unless the contracting authority specifies a longer period. The contracting authority according to - 40 par. 6 pism. (g) the public procurement law shall exclude the tenderer from the tendering procedure if, on the basis of reliable information, he suspects that the tenderer has concluded in the tendering procedure with another economic operatorm distorting economic competition.

6. The deadlines in the case of electronic communication shall run from the date of sending / delivery of the message. Under the term delivery of the mind, when the message was delivered to the candidate / tenderer in IS EVO and not when the candidate / tenderer read it. The subject of public procurement is not: green public procurement, procurement of innovation or procurement focused onocher aspects.
